ApprovalMax was founded with the vision of giving businesses of all sizes access to the finance tools they need to succeed. At the time, only large organisations had access to tools to automate accounts payable and receivable, leaving small and medium-sized businesses to rely on clunky manual approval processes. We wanted to create an easy-to-use tool that anyone could use to collaborate and manage approvals.
While the tool has expanded since then, the goal remains the same: making it easy for small and medium-sized businesses to take control of accounts payable and receivable. We give our customers end-to-end control through smart automation so they can build the right finance processes for their business’ journey.
