No. Approval Intelligence surfaces context and flags anomalies, so the decision-making process is faster and better informed. It does not approve, reject or decide anything on your behalf. Every flag is backed by data, so you can check it for yourself. The decision stays where it belongs - with you.

When will Approval Intelligence be available?

Approval Intelligence is currently in Beta for some existing customers, and it will be available for everyone (including trial accounts) in Autumn 2026.

Which platforms and documents does Approval Intelligence work with?

Approval Intelligence will be available for businesses using Xero and QuickBooks Online. Approval Agent applies to supplier bills; more document types will be applied soon. Search Agent works across all documents and approval history.
